Bar Packages

Rent-a-Bar have put together some all-inclusive packages to cater for occasions such as weddings, corporate events, private parties, etc. All you need to choose is the menu - we will take care of the rest. All packages can be tailored to suit your party - please let us know of any special requests.

FREE BARS

 

We charge a fixed price per head and supply everything. We come with spirits, wines, soft drinks, beer, cider, ice, glassware, excellent bar staff and a stunning front illuminated mobile bar. We can also provide cocktails.

 

Package includes:

 

• Stainless Steel Light Bar
• All stock to serve beer, wine, spirits & soft drinks for 6 hours.
• All glassware
• Professional Bar Staff
• All draft equipment, bar equipment
• All ice, garnishes
• Transport, delivery, etc.

CASH BARS

We charge an upfront deposit and supply everything. If you would like your guests to pay for drinks over the bar, we supply a fair price list, we organize your license, and we provide a full range of drinks during the night. Your deposit is also refundable if the bar does well on the night.

We can also accommodate you if you decide to put a certain amount of money behind that bar to provide free drinks during the earlier part of the evening, and once that fund out the guests begin to pay for their own drinks.

Cost:

 

• Sample cost, based on 150 guests
• Deposit of £750 + VAT
• Optional Upgrade: include cocktails on the menu for an additional £100 + VAT =
• Optional Extra: If having cocktails, upgrade to have a flair bartender for £150 + VAT
• Threshold: If the bar takings go over £2,000, everything we take past that point is refunded to you until your deposit is repaid.
• E.g. if we take £2,600 - you get £600 back.
• If we make less than the threshold - no problem.
• You can choose what drinks you would like on the menu - see sample menus attached with typical bar prices.
• Prices may be less from our Bristol & Leeds Depots - please contact us for a specific quote

HENS, STAGS AND OTHER SMALLER PARTIES

There is no party too small for Rent-a-Bar to cater for. We can come up with a solution for the most out-there ideas you have - contact us for information & prices or call our Freefone! number with details of your party so we can tailor a quote to to exactly fit the bill for your party.

We also have a number of packages available based around different sized events - bar, staff, glasses, and 100, 200 or 300 free cocktails over 4-5 hours at any venue in Greater London - please contact us for prices & information.

We have previously run stag bars at Point to Point Racecourses, campsites, on the beach, and hen parties in Cocktail Bars in Soho (we can organise a venue for you), dance studios, houses, balconies and gardens.

 

 

TEAM BUILDING

There are lots of different ways we can interact with your staff for Staff Days. These can be done in your office or off-site, and be done for any number of people from 10 upwards.

Corporate Team Building Package: Let the games begin! Our cocktail mixologists & flair bartenders will find the competitive streak in your staff. We'll divide them into teams, set up the scoreboard, and teach them the basics of making their favourite cocktails. We'll bring everything that's needed, and test them on speed, taste presentation & style. Naturally there will be prizes for the winning team, and a flair demonstration from our award-winning Flair Bartenders. You can opt to have us run a bar afterwards too.

Cocktail Fridays!! Cocktails delivered to your office: It's the mobile party bar that visits your office on a Friday and serves your staff cocktails. We bring everything we need, including inflatable props. Become the most popular boss in the building and treat your staff to some Friday cocktails with the all inclusive cocktail Fidays party bar.

Prosecco On Tap: Would 200 champagne flutes of Prosecco or Pink Lightly Sparkling Wine be well received in your office?
You can hire just the keg, tap & glasses for and let your staff keep themselves topped up while getting ready for your office party, or hire the bar & barman to come with it and let us serve you. Lagers, bitters & real ale are all also available.

From sparkling drinks receptions to Free Barr & Cash Bar services, we have all the staff, equipment & expertise to ensure your event runs smoothly from beginning to end.
