At Rent-a-bar we have put together a variety of mobile bar packages to suit varying customer requirements. These have been developed based on our experience of running private and corporate event bars over the past five years.

Each bar option comes with the following:

• Garnishes etc

OPTION ONE - FREE BAR

This service is popular amongst customers that do not want their guests to pay for any drinks on the night.

We restrict the number of alcoholic and non alcohlic cocktails to 3 of each. If you want  more cocktails we need to bring more fresh ingredients and maybe even more staff, which will put the price up.

PRICES

£22.50 + VAT per head for adults drinking alcoholic cocktails, beer, wine spirits etc.
£18.50 + VAT per head for adults drinking beer, wine spirits etc.
£12.50 + VAT per head for adults drinking non alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks
£5 + VAT for children drinking soft drinks only

These prices are for a minimum number of 130 people. Anything less and we have to increase the price per head amount.

Please have a look at the sample menu above, which was put together for an Asian wedding. This is only an example and we can change any of the drinks that are listed here. If there is anything in particular that you would like for your party please get in contact with us and we would be more than happy to accommodate your requests.

This package has been developed to provide a hassle free service for customers that want the entire bar situation taken care of. Simply choose your drinks, pay the amount due and we will take care of the rest.

OPTION TWO – PAY BAR

This service is amongst customers that are working with a restricted budget who want their guests  to pay for some or all of their drinks on the night.

The pricing for this option is a little more complicated. We charge an upfront deposit of £750 + VAT, which is refundable depending on how much money the bar takes on the night.  If you want cocktails we charge an additional £100 + VAT to cover the extra cost of garnishes, glassware etc.

We refund this £1 for £1 after the bar has taken £2000.

So, if the bar takes £2000 on the night, we would not refund any of your deposit. If it took £2450, we would refund you £450 and if it took £2862.50, we would refund the deposit in full (£862.50 is £750 + VAT)

We understand that sometimes you might want to put some money behind the bar so that your guests enjoy one or two free drinks. If this is the case we will make tokens for the event which you can hand out to your guests. We charge you for these drinks in advance at the listed price as per the menu on the next page. Any amount you buy upfront is included in the bar takings amount and will subsequently go towards getting your deposit back.

Like the free bar service we will still arrive with:

• Ice
• Garnishes etc

In addition to the above we will arrange for an alcohol license if necessary.
