The bar(s) looked fantastic all lit up and it was like having a chic member’s bar from a private London club in the Grand Pavilion. All the bar staff were great, looked very smooth in their black shirts and received lots of compliments from all our guests on how accommodating, friendly and professional they were all night. The cocktails were amazing and certainly had the desired effect in fueling the party, which always felt like it might tip over the edge but didn’t cause too much carnage! Very enterprising improvisational skills with the sangria mixing towards the end too, when all the spirits had been drunk dry”
